Tracker Readout Controller (GTRC) version D

The GTRC is the readout controller ASIC for the GLAST Silicon Tracker.

Things to remember:

Commands, Register
The lvds signals to the controller (except clock) are active low. This means if the p-signal of the lvds signal is lower then the n-signal, it is a logic 1.
The active low logic is opposite to the active high logic for the GTRC.
The clock is active high.

The main boards to test the GTRC are the mini-MCM and MCM.
