VME base Address

The VME base address is set by the two dip switches SW1 and SW2. The following figure illustrates address setting. The setting shown evaluates to 0x40000000.

Connecting external clock

An external clock is connected using the gold colored SMA/B connector. In order to switch between the internal and external clock a jumper has to be changed for the H3 connector on. Close to the SMB connector are three pins. If the top two pins are jumpered together the internal clock is used, the internal clock is used if the lower two pins are jumpered.
