Dear Tracker folks,
	we are moving the tracker technical meeting to 8:15 Wednesday mornings.
 The reason for this early hour is so we can, in the future, get our
Italian collaborators to participate.  Also, the Tuesday afternoon time
conflicts with my teaching schedule.  Tomorrow we should hear updates on
electronics testing, psf analysis, jig design, hybrid corner
prototyping, and we should discuss how to proceed with the thermal
issue.
