Delete
This command will delete data, text, or objects from the document. Below
are the circumstances where the delete function can be used:

If there are selected objects (graph, table, oval, etc.), then that object
will be deleted.

If a table with selected data cells has the focus, then those cells will
be deleted. To delete a whole row or rows, click and drag over the row
numbers you want to delete.

If a text object has focus and text is highlighted, then the text will
be deleted.

If the Data Browser has focus, then selected data sets or columns will
be deleted.
