Identification of files is important when a number of documents are being printed. This option brings up a dialog allowing you to set preferences for automatic printing.
The dialog has fields for a name, a comment, and checkboxes to include the date, page title, and page number. The information is added as a footer to the printout if the footer checkbox is checked.
