#5 Please note that I have decided not to grade Problem 9 of
HW #5. I didn't look at it closely enough when assigning it and,
unfortunately, what they ask you to do doesn't really make sense.
In lecture I derived the equation for currents in a p-n junction in a different
and, I think, much more sensible manner.
