The flight version of the tracker front-end electronics and its development is described in these pages. The new front-end amplifier ASIC (GTFE) and the controller ASIC (GTRC) were redesigned compared to previous versions (GTFE64C, GTRC version B). In particular the digital logic has changed substanially.
There are descriptions for the GTFE and GTRC. Test Systems MCM The MCM test setup uses the tracker MCM (24Gtfe's, 2GTRC's) or a mini-MCM which is a small version (7GTFE's, 2Gtrc's) of the MCM. BD_GTFE64D_v1 Test board for up to two GTFE chips. This board doesn't use a GTRC.
