Objects (graphs, tables, etc.) can be edited within the Options Menu.
 
 

Graph Options	The Graph Options dialog allows you to change the
	graph appearance.
Additional Graph Options	Allows you to change the appearance of histogram
	or FFT graphs.
Table Options	Allows you to choose which column is displayed,
	change the font, and the column colors.
Text Options	Allows you to change the properties of the text box,
	including font, color, etc.
Additional Object Options	Allows you to choose the appearance of oval, rectangle,
	or helper objects.

 

Tip: You can quickly quit option dialogs by pressing the Esc key.
