The Autoscale command quickly resets the axes of the currently selected graph based on the data. It is an easy way to automatically scale both axes. Autoscale will select the axis scales so that all the data just fits on the graph while still following standard scientific graphing rules.
The y axis may not necessarily include the origin, so you may want to perform a more limited autoscale by choosing Autoscale from Zero.
Note: it is possible to do the same thing by clicking each of the axis
labels and selecting AutoScale in the X or
Y Options dialog boxes or by selecting the Autoscale option from the
Analyze
menu.

Tip: If you click and hold this button, you can select Autoscale
from Zero.
