Selecting Graphical Analysis Tips from the Help Menu brings up the tips dialog which will display a random tip and allow you to cycle through all available tips.

You can choose to have the tips window automatically appear upon launching Graphical Analysis by checking the box next to Show Tips at Startup in the dialog box or in Preferences under the File Menu.
