Registration, complete by July 30

• Registration fee: $470.00
• One day registration: $250.00

Conference registration must be completed by July 30. On-site registration will not be available. The conference registration and on-campus housing registration must be completed at the same time. The conference registration fee includes 3 meals and 2 coffee breaks per day during the conference period August 13-16, and 2 meals and 1 coffee break on August 17.

Financial Assistance: Apply by May 31, 2013

We expect to provide partial financial support for a very limited number of graduate students to attend the conference. To apply for financial assistance, please complete the application form by May 31.

Guest Registration, complete by July 30, 2013

If a guest will be attending with you, please complete the separate guest registration form by July 30.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be given for cancellations until July 30, 2013 less a $50.00 processing fee. No refunds will be considered after July 30.
