Entering and Editing Data
There are a number of ways to enter data into Graphical Analysis: by
typing data into the data table, by opening data files created by other
Vernier Software programs, by cutting, copying and pasting, or by importing
text or data from a TI graphing calculator, LabPro/CBL interfaces, or Palm
Handhelds.
-
You can type data directly into the data table
from the keyboard. To type data into a cell, click on the cell and type
the number. You can use either the mouse or keyboard to move and edit within
a table. Press the Enter/Return key after entering the value to move to
the cell below or to the right as specified in Preferences.
If you make a mistake within a column, use the up and down cursor keys
to move within the column. Use the left and right cursor keys or mouse
to move around within the cell and the Tab key to move between columns.
See Selecting and Editing Cells.

Text or text files (such as those created
in Excel, word processors, etc.) can be imported into Graphical Analysis.
